• PLEASE READ this before posting blogs!

Thanks for visiting the Blogs section. Please note that the Blogs section is not for seeking help, asking questions and so on. You can find a full compliment of sections for asking any kind of questions, across all vehicle types by clicking here or clicking 'Forum' above, top left.

The Blogs section is a place for you to post your own online diaries, logs, or stories. Blogs are there for you to publish things you think others will find interesting or entertaining generally. They are not for specific technical data; that is best posted in the forums.

Questions posted in the Blogs do not normally get noticed by members, therefore they are likely to go unanswered. LRUK prides itself on being a friendly, helpful place and there are loads of experts always willing to offer helpful answers and advice on your issues, and we're always appreciative of your technical input. To ensure that you do get to the right audience and therefore enable the expertise of as many people as possible, please use the forums. If you have a diary or log covering just about anything Land Rover, then we'd love to see it here in the Blogs section!

Dont worry..It has always confused me too.

Theres not a lot to choose between them really. Generally a blog is one persons way of saying 'look at what I'm doing, or have done'. Sort of like an online diary.

A forum..well, its what used to be called a discussion or bulletin board. People will start a discussion and lots of others will join in. Our forum sections are generally used far more than the blogs area, so any questions asked always get a better response there.

This particular area is where blogs get made into articles...Currently its not really being used much. (vB CMS Comments, its name)

The forums main index is here (generally underlined words are links. This is done so the pages look tidier. The link would otherwise look like... http://forum.landrovernet.com/forum.php ) And,,lets say you have a Series III Land Rover. The series section is here.

And, just in case you were worried, no, you certainly havent upset any one. We were all new to forums and blogs once! There is a 'frequently asked questions page' here which might be worth a read, you'll see it mentions the CMS area (this area) at the top, the board F.A.Q.'s next, and then the blogs area. If you get stuck either drop us an email at admin@landrovernet.com , or, when you have ten posts or more, use the private message system to ask a moderator for help.
