I found this link while browsing for Jeep stuff, I've got a Cherokee too. Sorry! Looks good, hopefully more counties will follow suit. Powys and Herefrordshire would really help me.

The Leicestershire one annoyingly only lets you search for 2 miles around a village ! duh ... However if you use the page I just copied and modified (just load it locally) then you can now search for 10 miles with the option I added :)

I see Northumberland isn't listed.

Here in Lancashire we have digitised the definitive map, but it is not a legal document. In other words it is as right as it can be, but cannot be used to settle arguments etc. The statements are being digitised as we speak.

Suffolk - No map or detailed information

That's cos we don't want a load of J**p owners/victims over here! :p

HCR, I've only now read your post, hence the very belated follow-up. I'm just down the road from Beacon Fell, probably only a mile or two away from you.

I checked your links but didn't find any digital maps of Lancashire green lanes... am I being more than normally obtuse?

Funnily enough I am the keeper of Tess too! She is my dog though.

Did you go on the 'Mario' website? I will try to find a link.

Thanks, very useful.

As to being keeper_of_tess I feel as if I'm about to commit a terrible act of betrayal. I've just replaced Tess's engine but once I've set it up properly and run it in, I'm going to swap it for the wheeze-box that powers Jess.

And then Tess will be for sale. We've been together for 10 years and (apart from three engines) she's been really good to me.

Thanks for these links - very useful. I was trying the link for Wesst Sussex, and it seems to have changed to:

http://www2.westsussex.gov.uk/website/prow/

It shows the paths quite well. What it doesn't do is show you their status...

Oh well. Can't have everything.

Superb material !
I'm relocating my carcass (and the Black90) to Liverpool for a 3 month contract on Monday so if anyone can give me any pointers for that area it would be much appreciated. I know it's a skip and a jump to Wales, but will probably only get to play one day at weekends. But I'll cope!!
If I don't reply its' cos I'm not connected - I'm not ignoring you!!

TIA

Cheers Pete
Think I may be seeing more of John Lennon Airport - based out beside Speke I is!
So I'm practising my scouse accent and how to pronounce Brookside correctly.
And I know what the Kop is so I should be alright.
(Apologies to any scousers around here!!)

Should take a few weeks to get settled in, accommodation sorted etc. but definitely give you a shout after that.
