What exactly do you need? Stadium seating and no roof? What is the donor vehicle? I can ask around Kampala, as I'm sure that some of the local guys can do that sort of work.

Let me know what you need done, how big is your budget?? I do know of several good companies that have done both Landrover and Toyota conversions in Nairobi, but if it is only a small conversion, then there are people here in Kampala who could do a reasonable job. Also, I do know of some people in Arusha, Tanzania who can do various conversions.
