just a word of warning lads and lasses of the green lane fraternity, went past the ford at corwen(corwen car wash to many) and thought id go and see what the water level was like. pulled up at the gate on the traffic lights side cos i was in the works van, and walked to the waters edge. just below the waterline where the right of way crosses was half a roll of barbed wire!!:Cross: the wire looked newish so had not been in long.some might say its just an accident but the thing is this is the THIRD time ive dragged wire out of that river in that spot! be observant when you are crossing and report any obstructions you find. im sure this is aimed at us and our pastime.

i reported it to the council, cos its a right of way and the police. couldnt find the farmer that owns the sheep in the field opposite cos in summer they stand in the river with it being shallow. just imagine if a couple were killed or injured! probably have the finger pointed at us anyway!!!!!!!!!:behead:

The gamekeeper on the land by the White Stones used to put bits of wood with nails in the axle-twisters. I always keep my eyes peeled around there.

Got rid of the white 'F' reg for £250 and bought a blue/green '03 model for £5600. Struck me as an excellent price! Currently fitting 4.3 diff ratios instead of the standard 3.9's. Very satisfied with it so far - 3000 miles done, nearly half on the lanes. Just waiting for the snow! Nothing like the Wayfarer in the white stuff! See you soon.

bit of a few things really, new high ratio transfer box, exhaust, interior tidied up, new coat of paint and the gearstick ripped out and put back properly!:yay: catch up with you soon
