Guys!

Is the South African "manufacturered" series 3 that was fitted with the huge (3.8 / 3.9l) Perkins / ADE worth considering if one needs a bakkie?

That's a new one to me. Didn't know about that engine configuration mainly because I wasn't in South Africa when that one was around. In theory should be quite a work horse if one considers the Cruiser with it's normally aspirated 4.0l engine.

They were assembled in Pretoria between 1981 and 1986.
