pulley

recently bought a 2.5 petrol engine and im after a double pulley as it came without one (used for other motor)...
has anyone got one or know if a series single one will do the job as i dont have power steering anyway??

Hi domfish, yes a series single pulley will do the job.

In fact, it is exactly the same part for s3 2.25 (3MB), 90/110 2.25 nonPAS, and 90/110 2.5 nonPAS petrol - part no. ERC5349.

The bloke who sold it me said i'd need a spacer to push the series one out to bring it in line!! unless he gave me one of a totally different motor all together??

tHINK I'LL TRY TO MATE IT UP TOMORROW AND SEE HOW IT GOES CHEERS FOR THE HELP..SAYING THAT MIGHT JUST FIT THE DOUBLE ONE IF I CAN GET HOLD OF ONE AS DONT THINK IT'LL HURT JUST INCASE I NEED IT LATER IN LIFE!!
