Me and my mate are going out on sunday for a nice gentle offroading day out from farnham to haslemere and back.
Non damaging and road tyre friendly (AT's would be better but not needed) route no mega deep mud that said you will get it dirty.
We will be meeting at 10am in farnham and would like 2 or 3 other moters to join us I will be in my freelander and my mate in his disco.
We will probily end at a pub for a quick half (or coke) and a chat and exchange any pics (mobiles with bluetooth of course) etc at the end.
If you have a pmr radio (cheap walkietalkie things) that would be handy for on road comms.

Yes those that know the route will have seen the steps these will be bypassed as a bit too much for the freebee but did them many times in the series 3 when i had it.

There was tree across the steps the other week, not sure if the council have remoed it yet..
And the lane that goes down the otherside of the A3, i slipped inot a rut there the other weekend and nearly rolled over :O

Yes I know all of the back and side lanes there they are very good but this route will be for thse who like there pannels to remain dent free.
I am also interested in doing some trips that require a bit more skill/good chance of getting stuck Ive been out with some mates from the dont forget your tow rope forum that have jacked up 90's and jungle tyres and managed ok in the freebee but they would find this route a bit tame.

Went laning over that way the other week after some heavy rain, there is a lane in between frensham and bordon with a pretty good river crossing.
I went there in summer and didnt think much of it as it was no more than a glorified stream but after these rains the water was passed bonnet depth in places.
