Here's a few pic's from our August long weekend trip.
Mostly pics of some visitors we got outside the tent at 5.30am one morning. Our dogs alerted us to the visitors pretty quick. The first pic was taken from right outside the tent, but when mother moose with 2 calves headed straight into our camp we decided to retire to the 110. The remaining pics were taken from there.
And one last pic looking out north over the Saskatchewan prairies.

Ive seen one of them attack a man on a tv programme the poor guy didnt have a chance of getting away from it :o it just kept stamping on him.

Nice Photos, you don't normally get that close to moose in B.C. at least not on purpose.

You're lucky they didn't go after your dogs. Their normal reaction is to charge any percieved threat and they see dogs as predators. They're so stupid they have been known to charge trains.
