I’m after a Canadian canoe or an open top canoe. It needs to be able to take at least 2 adults. Anyone got one they want to sell.

Cheers

Hi John, thanks for the offer. Do you know roughly how much they are? I only have about £200 to spend so I’m probably looking at the 2nd hand market.

cheers

By eck those things are expensive! Good luck mate will keep an eye open for one! They range from about £450 - to £1200 new. I missed one on eBay a few weeks ago. That ended for £150, but others seam to be getting £250-£400 2nd hand. Its the wrong time to buy really but this is the right time to have one he he

Right mate this is not yet a promise but, I have a mate who has a 16ft canoe, he's not sure if he wants to sell it yet cos he has not used it since buying it last winter. He is going to see if it floats ect ect this weekend so if you hold on till next week you may find yourself on the end of a bargain!! ;)

What are you planning to do with it?

Didn't look at the price, I noticed them perched (No pun intended) in the middle of the warehouse. I will try and get down there and look this weekend.

Ok Lewis sorry it took time! I have been down to see the canoe and it is a 16x4ft canoe in green. It is in good nick but could do with a touch up on the tuned up ends where it has been put down on them.

I have no idea what the emblem is on it am affraid, do you?

The gaps in the photos are because the previous owner before my friend replaced the cappings and cut them a little to short.

The bottom is good with rub strips down its length, they are scuffed in places but not at all bad.

Looking at it, it would be perfect for 2 people plus camping gear or 3 people.

He is looking for around the 180 mark, or your nearest offer. Let us know if your interested.

As for getting it to you I am sure between Eva and us we can sort something out! ;)
