Looks like it was windy/raining/snowing/sleeting - we were nice and dry on the island but it was a little too warm in the afternoon :D We formed a little route that your Disco could do :)
Any sign of the new box?

.... More
So Ryan and myself done the wafarer, the start was in lovely sunsine
but this tuned to sleet about halfway up. By the time we got to the top
about 11am we where in the start of a blizzard, very nice it was as well.
I sent Ryan to get the visitors book out of the new box and bring it back to the Disco, where it was duly signed.
On the way down the other side we where behind the hill and the wind dropped, the heavy snow was very picturesque indeed.
I decided to follow one of the routes Paul had sent me, now I dont know if
this is an age thing, but I totally miss read the map and I was about 10 miles away from where I thought I was. (Ive never had a problem with maps honest).
Anyway the map I had actually fitted to where I thought I was (bend in road, farm house, track on left etc.) So when I went around the bend, looking for a small track doubling back about 200 yds from the farmhouse and it was there, I went down it. Big mistake, it became obviuos when I got to the bottom of the hill and into a farmers field that I had gone astray. I turned round to get back onto the road, but because of the mud and camber in the track and the fact that the track was a continuious bend there was no way I could get back up the hill.
At one time I was bogged down and had to use the high lift to get some rocks under my wheels. Every time I tried to manover the back end was slipping dangerously close the the edge of the track and althought I wasnt high the slope was steep enough to have rolled the car. So I tied a strop to a tree and then to my tow bar and as I reversed my back end was swung back onto track.
2 1/2 hours we where there in all, so when I got going again we headed back over the Wafarer and then home.
We had a great time, playing in the snow and then the mud, and I didnt half sleep last night.
Looks like you all had fun on the Island yesterday, sorry I couldnt help but when I have Ryan (he lives with his mum) I like to devote as much time to him as I can.
