Looking on the cheshire county council website I found this link

can some one tell me how to use this spread sheet please ???

ahh....but it's probably kept a small team in full employment for at least 2 years.

I though it seemed self explanatory ... it gives a reference number for the lane and 2 sets of lat long coordinates for the start and finish of the lane ... if you wanted to stick them in your sat nav you would probably have to do it manually as I can't think of a single programm that will convert an XLS file into something readable by a Garmin or a Tom tom...
