Anyone know what the latest is ?

Nope! it has gone worryingly silent! I did canvas my local council RoW bloke but he had no idea what the NERC Bill was! :rolleyes: Glad to see he was up on it!

THe last thing to be put up on the DEFRA site was the House of Lords thing in October 2005! Here (http://www.defra.gov.uk/rural/ruraldelivery/bill/default.htm)

Had a look on the GLASS website nothing much on there :(
