I am after one of the deep dropplates as fitted to iias, the kid that is a sort of "bottle" or "spade" shape, ie, its narrow at the top and then widens at the bottom. I have the remains of one on my one ton, but I don't know if it could be rebuilt. If anyone wants to swap I have a VERY heavy duty C section drop plate.

Are you talking about the drop plates with the adjustable plate heights, controlled by a threaded bar?

I don't think so. This is a flat steel sheet, that widens towards the bottom (basically a bottle shape) and has holes drilled in at various points to take the towbar.

If you can mate drop a piccie in so we can get an idea of what you mean! It is possible that it is a home-made plate!
