Haven't any spares (Spotter may have), but can tell you they are identical left to right. You need to work out whether you have aux lights or fogs, though, as the lenses and light patterns are completely different.

I think they are driving lights

You should be able to tell by the switching and the lenses.

Assuming they haven't been altered, a fog light switch symbol will have a lamp shape with downward angles rays, whilst an auxilliary light switch will have a lamp shape with horizontal rays and a number "2" inside the lamp symbol. Fog lights will only work with the headlights in dipped, while aux lights will work with the headlight on main beam.

The fog light lenses have vertical bars in the glass to act as wide angle lenses, scattering the light over a wide azimuth. Auxilliary driving lights will have a nuch more focused beam.
