A friend of mine is probably going to Sicily, overland via ferry with our vehicles, for the Fiera dei Morti event. His dad, who`s organising it hasnt given us alot of details... so im off on the internet reading about it.

I`d like to ask italian forum members about that fiera. I think we were going to goto palermo and ideally we`ll be camping in some nearby campsite.

So.. here goes.... Would you have any recommended campsites? What should we prepare for, weather wise? Is this Fiera dei Morti good to look for bargains and stuff? And what goods exactly... anything? If I was going to join them, i`d have to service my 90 really well... which is going to be an expence.. which i hope to recover by purchasing some bargains. Is Mister Biancho still with decent deals or they can be found elsewhere too?

Last time I visited sicily was 10 years ago... and we only drove through it and slept in taormina for a night, plus my parents took care of it all since i was only 13. Plus.. its my first experience of driving off the maltese shores, so i`d want to get everything planned and running as well as possible, so as to avoid probs along the way.
