Evening all
Over the weekend of 7/8/9 October, myself and some of my so called associates are heading off for a weekends laning around Brecon, and heading up towards Nant y moch or Strata.
We only have two vehicles going at this stage, so if anyone else would like to tag along, you are more than welcome!
If you are interested, please drop by our own modest little web site at
www.sq3.co.uk/LandRoverIngs and have a peep, and please let us know.
Cheers all

I'll second that, Strata in October could be fun! Provisionally put my name down and I suspect Whitewolfs as well, probably PeteHs at that too! ;)

Cheers Geo...
If you are wishing to join the party, please let me know where/when you wish to RV so we know.
Also, we need to discuss the scoff and beer and wine and Port arrangements :D

Dave, I assume this is what you were trying to PM me about the other week when I was away. Sorry PM box was full.
Have you seen Pete's POLL thread on camping down there, he is intending doing the same area at a similar time. I am almost def going to be available on the 7th/8th/9th I'm just waiting for my Sankey to come back from being blasted so I don't have to cram the kids into a suitcase in the back of the 90 ;)

Cheers for that Mike... Something else i can abuse Kev about !
AJ; yes mate camping on the tracks, or close to them... but we will definately eat well and drink well too!
So, who wants to tag along with our ragtag bunch... only really want to take another two or three motors along.
Start somewhere near Abergavenny on fri evening, about 2100, work up towards Nant-y-Moch reservoir hopefully sat evening/Sunday morn. Am to depart for home around 1500 on Sunday.
Ish :D

Abergavenny  my ickle 2.5 will take a week to get there, dunno about 9 it'll be midnight for me LOL :D
Do I take it we'd be rough camping and beer then, in which case wifey prob wouldn't want to come so Sankey can stay at home.
Rough camping sounds good. Mrs AJ has been asking if other wives/partners are going too.
I've put my name down for Pete's trip and there's another 4 members who've put their names down too so I don't want to let them down. I'd prefer to go sooner rather than later (weather) so I'll see what becomes of Pete's jaunt first.

Pete,
Likewise, I've got over 3 hours travelling so a recognised destination/campsite would be preferable on the Fri at least so we're not hunting around at daft o'clock looking for somewhere to chuck up the tent.
Where is everyone meeting on the Fri evening?

Hi folks
On Fiday evening, me and the rest of the Dudley boys are aiming for the campsite at Park Farm, Llangattock, Near to Crickhowell. The GR for this nice little place is SO 21422 17214.
We aim to be there around 2100, and in the pub at the end of the lane approximately 43 seconds later :D
If any one can make it here, we'll be glad to make you welcome. Jarrod, I assume this is ok for you?
Wouldn't mind meeting up Saturday evening somewhere with the rest of you guys however.
Cheers Dave
