The guy I bought the truck from had quite a smart workshop and he did that fog light mod on all his trucks. The area between the chassis rails is lined with 1/4" sheet steel so that the truck can be towed without the bumper bending. When I bought the truck, he gave me the invoices for everything that he'd bought and fitted and I have an invoice from a company in Gt Yarmouth who galvanised the bumper after he'd sliced and diced it. The powder coating was done by a company in King's Lynn.

Thanks Hic. That brings back memories! I remember my dad getting half way across the one west of Castle Acre in our Anglia van when I was a boy. Passing tractor towed us out. I don't remember it being as deep as that back then though.

Steve.

Hic where abouts is South Creek can't find it anywhere on autoroute????

The reason I ask is there is a group of us getting together to go laning every last sunday of the month if you are interested we all live in and around Brandon, Thetford area and drive a mixture of vehicles from SI to Rangie's.

No probs Scott, Alan's taking it up for me. After reading some of your posts I thought you were going to be a bit short on room. You need to go on a diet, then you can get more stuff in lol.

Cheers

nice one, went to their Bircham Newton RTVT day which was great. Took the whole family and let them all have a go.
Trying to convince my Father in law to use his garage to build a trialler. Maybe a few days out greenlaning might change his mind!
