chassis and sills etc must be good
all electrics must work..

Went to look wasn't too bad other than handbrake and low/high range levers were ceased. not to worried about the handbrake not to sure about the low/high range if its not the linkage it could be ceased in the transfer box.
but what really put me off was the attitude of the sales bloke, unfriendly none comittal and down right rude. Didn't want to get the keys, didn't want to start it, no test drive, didn't want to talk about the motor, and told us that he was not interested as he sells 15,000 - £20,000 motors and disappeared. Not seen a sales man like that in years, no wonder it has been sat there for ages :rolleyes: (the car washer told us that).
so I will keep looking.
