I think the answer to this question is YES but thought I had better check.
I use butane gas in my Caravan, can I change to propane and just change the regulator and everything will be honky dory, or will I blow myself sky high
I have heard that propane burns hotter, but the big attraction for me is that it don't cease to vapourise like butane when it gets a bit chilly.

Don't take my word for it Tim (bang!), but think you are right just to change the regulator. They run at different pressures (hi/low) so your local propane supplier should sort you out with a regulator. (have you not seen 'King of the hill' on tv?)........

Check with the maker of your burner or stove, as you may have to change the jet size also.
