Anyone been to Venture 4x4 in Three Holes Cambs near Wisbech? Am taking my girlfriend there for a Valentines present 1/2 day training to get her some experience off roading.

I've never been there for training, but you can rent the place for half a day or a whole day. I went down there in December 2003 with some mates and we had a fantastic day out. Highly recommended

I took my jeep driving girlfriend to Mid-Norfolk Off-Road Centre, Wood Farm, Runhall for training last year around Valentine's day and they guy there knows what he's talking about. The nice thing about the place was that it was quite close to Barham Broom so we had an excuse for a dirty weekend in more ways than one :D

Good point. I had ordered a vid camera but the gits said two weeks later they were out of stock and wouldn't be getting any in for 4 weeks so i cancelled. Was going to get a Sony DV camera but anyone know of any good deals for around £300-350, I want camera, case and spare battery?

I've got a Sony DCR-HC14E DV camera that's got everything I need including firewire. I got it, the case, a couple of spare tapes and the spare battery from www.index.co.uk (DON'T LAUGH) for £330 a couple of months ago.
