I have joined GLASS (green lane association) it costs £25 and they ask for a donation towards the fight for the green lanes. The ramblers have RA and I think this should be our association.
For the £25 you get a members hand book, quarterly magazine which keeps you up to date with whats going on, articles and photos of different groups out laning, a GLASS card with membership number, pass word for the members email forum.
There are regional reps and some have local meetings and laning days.
The website is www.glass-uk.org you can down load a new member application.
The only way we will keep these lanes is to have a strong association, dare I say it like the RA.
GLASS are working hard to make sure we keep the lanes so please show you support.
